You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.

You will own tasks such as SSO configuration, user provisioning, and data integration. This role is well suited to someone who is currently (or has previously) worked in a hands-on engineering capacity (tech stack C# . NET, Azure), but is also happy operating in a heavily customer-facing role.

You will train clients' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

You will report to the Manager located in Canada.
