You will be responsible for developing and transitioning the experimental capabilities of GDA to Athena, whilst offering new experimental capabilities to the beamlines.

You will also work with teammates to support existing SCM+X beamlines and assist with their migration from GDA to Athena.

You will hold a degree in engineering, computer science or have equivalent experience. You Will Demonstrate Experience In The Following Areas Significant relevant experience of JavaScript, HTML and CSS with a focus on developing and enhancing web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React & NextJS.

You will hold an appropriate Engineering or Science degree (Bachelors or Masters) or possess equivalent experience, with proven practical experience in an industrial or scientific environment relevant to this position.

You will also demonstrate: A solid theoretical and practical knowledge of HDL firmware development for FPGAs (preferably Xilinx), using VHDL or Verilog.

You will hold an appropriate Engineering or Science degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or possess equivalent experience, with proven practical experience in an industrial or scientific environment relevant to this position. You Will Also Demonstrate A solid theoretical and practical knowledge of HDL firmware development for FPGAs (preferably Xilinx), using VHDL or Verilog.
