You must have a proven background in IT Sales and IT managed services or Cyber security sales.

You will be responsible for your own sales targets - Monitor CRM activity and ensure accurate pipeline management - Run team huddles and team meetings to drive focus and energy Performance Management

You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all teamobjectivesare met within overall time,costand budget constraints.

You will manage team performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and responsibilities.

You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned-you will not be able to select your own shifts.
