You will be supporting: Contract management in line with NEC 3/4 (Options A & C)Subcontractor negotiations, payments, and performance trackingDeliver accurate and timely budget, cost, and change reportingProduce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and generate Earned Value Analysis reports, whilst maintaining robust commercial documentation
You will be responsible for: Leading and facilitating bid strategy sessions, kick-off meetings, workshops, and senior review panels Interpreting client requirements and translating them into winning strategies and compliant responses Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior bid managers and writers within the team
You will work closely with Data and Systems Specialists to understand the functionality and purpose of our digital tools, translating that knowledge into accessible, engaging training experiences for site-based stakeholders.
You will also support the Change Manager in driving adoption, gathering feedback, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
You will initially be based between our offices in Warrington and our design partner offices in Woking with some flexibility for working from home during the design phase.
You will have 10+ years relevant experience preferably with a construction / energy / engineering background.
