You will be employed as a Quantity Surveyor working 5 days a week in an office-based role.
You will be expected to work Monday-Friday assisting the commercial team and the other contracted surveyors within the business.
You must have previous experience as a surveyor within the housing development sector.
You will be assisting in providing a safe, enjoyable environment for our customers and clients and helping to ensure their return visits.
You will also be carrying out a wide variety of duties which include equipment set-ups, function rigs and de-rigs and actively engaging with our customers, contractors, colleagues and hirers to provide a first-class experience.
You will be self-motivated, able to handle conflict, problem solve and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you will be extremely well organised, flexible, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and willing to take on new responsibilities.
You will demonstrate excellent IT skills with sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
You will have excellent computer skills, being familiar with MS Office applications and a high standard of written and spoken English.
You will take overall responsibility for the national and regional contractor, sub-contractor and supplier agreements to ensure exceptional quality of work and value for money.
