You will have either worked for: - a housebuilding development company in an estimating or quantity surveying role, working on land appraisals, cash flows, budgets andcosts and familiar with preparing information for the quantity surveying & buying teams.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with your team leader and coordinating site activities between various suppliers. The consultant must bring his/her own PC with Microsoft Office software and must be in possession of an iPhone 11 or a newer model where Ørsted’s AirWatch app can be downloaded.

You will attend pre-tender, site and post-tender meetings, producing BOQ's, take offs, full cost plans and target cost reporting. Identify appropriate and qualified subcontractors for each tender, negotiating on price and maintaining strong contractual relationships. Desirable Experience:
