You will be expected to follow team standards and patterns and will be mentored to ensure you will be developing and following best practices in software and integration engineering.

You will report directly to the Advanced Operations Director Continence Care, and you will be responsible for the delivery of innovative manufacturing process automation solutions conforming to agreed project timelines and budgetary projections.

You will proactively learn about and listen to those we serve to help meet their current and future needs.

You will play a key role in manufacturing excellence, driving improvements in quality, productivity and cost through LEAN, Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives, turning data into sustainable operational gains.

You will have a degree in Engineering or a related field, with hands-on manufacturing and production engineering experience.

You will handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements across automated process, packaging, and auxiliary equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on plant and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
