You will lead large, complex services in a fast-paced and politically aware environment, driving continuous improvement, ensuring strong performance against KPIs, and embedding excellent social work practice.
You will be a highly experienced senior leader with a strong track record in children’s social care, able to operate confidently in a complex, high-risk environment.
You will collaborate closely with POPX colleagues and POP leadership to provide functional expertise and insights, and to build scalable analytical capabilities that support BCG’s people and organization agenda.
