You will need to be able to provide Reg 24 and approved carers with practical and emotional support as well as ensuring that they are meeting statutory requirements.
You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of service users, addressing their needs through a person-centred approach. Additionally, you will be expected to handle complex cases, provide crisis intervention, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
