You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues.

You will work with individuals, families, and multi-agency partners to promote independence, well-being, and safeguarding. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments, reviewing support plans, and working closely with health professionals, housing, and voluntary sector organisations to ensure service users receive the best possible care.

You will be registered with Social Work England and ideally have one year of post qualifying experience in a relevant health or social care setting; however with our new ASYE programme we would be happy to work with a newly qualified social worker who is able to demonstrate how their pre-qualifying experience and value base would benefitour team.
