You will be an excellent communicator and be able to develop and maintain strategic collaborative relationships with a variety of key stakeholders at all levels.
You will have a strong technical understanding of social value and how to develop social value plans that maximise impact.
You must enjoy working with older people and understand their needs; be an effective communicator, showing a professional and courteous manner to residents, relatives, carers, health professionals and other agencies; be able to work on your own initiative and be flexible and adaptable with the capacity to learn and apply new skills.
