You will be responsible for transporting people safely to and from Chamberlayne and supporting them during the day as a Community Enabler. A Transport Escort will be in place for all driving hours, ensuring passengers are supported at all times. There may also be opportunities to take on additional transport or day centre hours during the week, depending on service needs.
