You will be involved in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Foster Parents and promoting the welfare of children placed with Orange Grove Fostercare. Requirements Hold a Social Work England, qualification in Social Work or equivalent, and be registered with Social Work England.
You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act to deliver personalised assessments, support planning and reviews to achieve holistic outcomes. We are looking for people with a can-do attitude and in return, as a valued member you will be fully supported with your caseload.
You will be required to fully register with Remedy for all locum positions.
You will also guide and assess students, support field activities, and foster collaborative learning environments.
