You will work with children and young people with complex needs, ensuring high-quality assessments, care planning, and statutory interventions that promote safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
You will undertake statutory duties in line with legislation and guidance, contribute to duty work on a rota basis, and work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
You will be responsible for updating care plans tailored to each individual's needs, supervising other care workers, training, mentoring, and undertaking care assessments. £27,500 minimum, depends on experience
