You will be required to install, repair and maintain smart meters in your local area, focusing on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties: - Install and maintain smart gas and electric meters to the highest standards. - Deliver 5-star customer service and represent our trusted brand.
You will also play a key role in ensuring we're there for our customers when they need us the most with speed, ease and understanding. What you will be doing: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of first party claims handlers to meet and exceed performance measures - Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and objective setting
You will follow planned routes, using PDA devices to confirm collections and manage any site access issues. We use in-cab technology but if you can operate a satellite navigation device and a smart phone, you will have no problem with these.
You will return to your allocated depot every day.
You must be Dual Fuel qualified and also be 3 phase trained.
You will average 40 hours per week over the year working annualised hours (less in summer more in winter) but your pay will not change!
You will provide industry leading service and help us enhance our reputation, whilst driving customer growth.
