You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department. From goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters.

You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations

You will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Chippenham.

You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally from a main dealership background; however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a motor factor background.

You will conduct 2 to 3 appointments a dayProviding advice on a range of products and services to meet your customers’ needs

You will also be attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment Skills and experience required to be a successful Mortgage Advisor:

You will provide HR first line guidance to the site management team on HR practice, supporting the HR Manager to deliver the People Plan, support engagement and comms initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, and to develop the correct behaviours and culture according to the GXO Values.

You will also be comfortable enhancing customer relationships with new opportunities and assisting with bids and presales where necessary.

You will have experience of working across system lifecycles and be capable of supporting clients through business-focused requirement specification and definition.
