You will play a critical role in ensuring all projects remain safe, compliant and aligned with company and statutory requirements. Working closely with site teams, project managers and senior leadership, you’ll embed a strong safety culture across fast-paced, complex schemes.
You will be required to develop a brief, procure and deliver the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date. The role will require you to work between the office in Liverpool and to also have a presence on site in Wrexham.
You will be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally holding membership in the APM, CIOB, RICS, CABE etc.
