You will work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure day-to-day operations run safely, efficiently and to programme, while maintaining excellent standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations on site to deliver assigned works safely, on time and within quality standards.
You will work closely with the site team to assist with the coordination of contractors and sub-contractors, as well as managing the induction of all operatives and visitors. Your responsibilities will include the organisation of daily site operations across both construction and general site management.
You will become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on one or more operating systems.
You will be able to troubleshoot and solve all but the most complex infrastructure issues.
You will need to be a UK national and able to obtain and maintain a UK Government Security Clearance.
You must be happy to travel to Beenham, West Berkshire (RG7 5FA) initially. Porsche will then move to its new, permanent site in Didcot in Q2 2026 and you be permanently required to work from this location.
