You will need a commercial awareness and strong commitment to delivering a quality customer service. A Level 3 or above in Food Safety is desirable and you will need a Level 2 and IOSH or above in Health & Safety.

You should also have a strong understanding of HACCP and have a resilient, credible leadership style where you can coach, inspire and develop your team

You will be the main Electrical engineer on site and will have full autonomy of your day. The ideal candidate will have strong Electrical background, ideally within an industrial environment, however the business can provide training so any electrical background will be transferable, as long as you have a strong electrical skillset and installation knowledge.

You will predominantly be working as a front-line engineer to maintain, and support installed assets for this area of the site working closely with the team leader. You'll be working across our cheese and whey production and our large-scale water processing facility.
