You will be responsible for setting out and surveying works across residential developments and associated groundworks packages.

You will work closely with site managers, subcontractors and engineers, providing technical support and ensuring accuracy, quality and programme requirements are met.

You will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving plant reliability and supporting safe, efficient production. Key responsibilities - Carry out planned preventative maintenance to agreed schedules, supporting improved plant reliability and uptime - Respond to breakdowns by diagnosing faults, planning repairs and completing corrective actions efficiently

You will be working as a White Goods Service & Repair Engineer, on domestic home appliances. All works are prescheduled, booked appointments which have all been diagnosed to specify what the fault is and what repair/part is needed.

You will be working within/up to an hour of your home postcode.
