You will support: * Daily supervision of trades and subcontractors on site. Monitoring build quality, progress and housekeeping standards. Assisting with H&S compliance, inductions and RAMS. Supporting short-term programming and material coordination. Liaising with suppliers, NHBC and Building Control.
You will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, working closely with the Construction Manager, Works Manager, and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on time, to specification, and to maximum commercial performance.
You will report directly to the Site Manager and your role will be providing setting out and quality control services to ensure that the contract works are constructed to the specification in an entirely safe manner, whilst maintaining appropriate site records.
