You will be expected to control, organise, and monitor the flow of materials, producing the highest quality product on time, and on budget. The successful candidate must take initiative, be a confident decision maker, and take an accurate and methodological approach to all projects in hand.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
