You must have at least 3 years prior Military Service, or be currently serving, in any arm of the British Military, regular or reserves.

You must be over 18 years and under 57 years of age at re-enlistment.

You must be medically fit and have a Body Mass Index below 32.

You must have a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points.

You should be able to run a section in the main kitchen and be confident working with fresh produce as most items are made in-house including breads.

You will have a good eye for detail when it comes to presentation and will be able to work under pressure.

You will also ensure you both yourself and the team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety at all times.
