shift operations manager jobs in Camberley
You will lead the depot operations team, with a focus on conducting effective driver pre-briefs and de-briefs. Ensure all driver and operational documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Provide clear communication for drivers and customers via telephone and company IT systems to support operations.
You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management
You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area
You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
You will take full ownership of a business unit comprising 40+ FTEs, supported by skilled office and field-based teams.
You will work closely with senior operational and sales leadership to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and ensure alignment across the wider southern region.
