You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.
You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be assigned a primary instrument or group of products, taking ownership of understanding their design, build, test requirements, process flow, and systems. Working closely with R&D divisions (potentially on a global scale) and key business stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing outputs.
You will work closely with Global SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability team, the global TPM team, the BPT Engineering Teams and counsel Plant leadership on trends and developments in area of expertise. This position reports to the Global Director of SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability for BPT.
