You will be responsible for:

You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will be expected to ensure the following within your team: Correct procedures and processes are followedExceptional customer service standards are delivered on all sitesStock Counts are completed accurately and within the given time frameTeam productivity is monitored and improved where possible

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You will work night shifts, 9pm to 7:30am on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota 36.75 hours per week.

You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.
