You must have served a recognised Electrician Apprenticeship / Qualification. - Have extensive Electrical experience working in a continuous process environment.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational growth.
You will work closely with Engineering, Technical, Production, and Order Fulfilment teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
You will be an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager or Team Leader from a high-volume fulfilment or warehouse environment.
You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
You will have experience of working within a large and fast paced transport environment, at a supervisory level
You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, to champion a can-do attitude
You will also have experience of managing conflicting priorities, along with planning and organising skills within a transport operation
