You will take ownership of store activities by running duty shifts, co-ordinating a team to deliver a clean and full store that exceeds customer expectations.
You will have a great understanding of how your store is performing and be the specialist in delivering practical actions for its improvement by taking a hands on approach.

You will play a key part in maintaining service excellence, meeting client expectations, and upholding ABM’s standards by consistently following company policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the contract in line with ABM’s policies, procedures, and client requirements.
You will manage the departmental process to meet all appropriate performance metrics including HS&E, Quality, Cost and Delivery, ensuring the production of quality product to the design specification. Managing the overall department performance in line with company targets. Responsibility for a departmental headcount of over 100 employees, working a mix of shift patterns.
You will ensure that tool and machine setting, production efficiencies and quality are carried out to a high standard in line with the production plan, health and safety obligations and all manufacturing objectives.
