Shift Maintenance Engineer jobs in Colchester

You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will be working a days and nights shift, operating independently while closely supporting production teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.

You will receive £250 for every candidate we place in permanent employment who has been recommended by you.
