You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts.
You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.
You will also work some Saturday shifts (8am to 12Midday) on a rotational basis, with time off in lieu.
You will be responsible for: Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service. Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within my store. Putting into practice the training you have received, so we all work safely, effectively and serve our customers brilliantly.
You will work over 3 units in the same home, working flexibly and reliably providing support in every aspect of life, such as shopping, housework, cooking, laundry etc.
