You must hold experience of chairing multi-agency case conferences and the management of staff.
You must have substantial experience in an administrative role within a team-based environment and have working knowledge of systems administration including systems maintenance and systems reporting.
You will have experience of maintaining online client record systems and proven organisational and planning skills.
You must have proven experience of the following areas while working in a busy office environment: Dealing with phone enquiries from members of the public and colleagues in Health and Social Care, Invoicing and Purchase Orders, Minute Taking and Spreadsheet Tracking. It is essential that you have a SVQ Level 2 / HNC in Business Administration or equivalent level of qualification.
You must have excellent communication and numeracy skills, effective time management skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office apps, including MS Teams.
You must hold an SVQ Level 2 Administration, or other relevant qualification or have proven previous experience in an administrative role.
