You will oversee, enhance, and mature our service delivery processes, tools, and structures to ensure we consistently provide high-quality services to our growing customer base. This is a dynamic and evolving role, offering the opportunity to shape how service delivery operates across the business.
You will manage all aspects of the service to ensure the highest quality standards of treatment and care. We want you to lead, motivate and develop your multidisciplinary team – empowering them to perform to their potential when supporting residents. We have ambitious plans for the future.
You will also be responsible for conducting estate inspections, ensuring that service delivery meets a high standard and promptly reporting any communal repairs or compliance issues.
You should have experience in fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
You will ensure resources are planned, implemented and utilised to ensure operational delivery.
You will ensure governance and control procedures are in place such as data management to ensure UK EL PL Claims maintains operational resilience requirements.
You will ensure all suitable controls are in place through a monitoring and control framework to be agreed by Pro Compliance Team.
You will be responsible for Supporting on all associated commercial activities to achieve value creation and minimise total cost of ownership, including executing the full sourcing lifecycle and delivering against procurement and value management strategies.
You will be responsible for managing a very portfolio of clients, from limited companies, so traders, partnerships and personal tax, taking responsibility for accounting, tax and business planning. Managing and training and mentoring teams to help deliver the required services to clients.
You will have previous experience of supervising junior members of staff.
You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure.
