You will be a qualified RMN with experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach, placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. You will need to be capable of managing a high-volume activity, drive market growth in line with expectations and implement cross divisional strategy to capture new business growth.
