You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working.
You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.
You will co-deliver sessions with another trainer (who may have professional or lived experience of autism), working together to help health and social care staff build confidence, empathy, and inclusive practice. We will train you and you will be fully supported by our training and inclusion team every step of the way.
