You will lead, supervise and motivate a team of care assistants to ensure our residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs.
You will oversee medication administration, ensure care plans are accurate and up to date, respond to changes in residents' health or wellbeing, and promote strong communication within your team and with families and visiting professionals.
You will play a key role in helping residents stay active, connected, and fulfilled, bringing fun, laughter, and a sense of purpose to every day.
You will be well-organised, energetic, and passionate about supporting older people to live meaningful, happy lives.
You will plan and deliver a varied activity programme that promotes residents’ physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
You will lead and coordinate shifts, setting the tone and supporting your team to deliver excellent care.
You will provide hands-on personal care with dignity, compassion and respect, administer and manage medication in line with care plans and protocols, and maintain accurate records.
