You will manage and support a caseload that includes landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, property contract disputes, and other contentious property matters. You will identify where cancellations and phasing activity needs to occur with the support of your assistant and trainee. - Development of junior members of the team, motivating team morale whilst setting realistic goals & objectives. - Ensure that the daily administrative tasks are done being done accurately & in a timely manner by your direct reports.
