You will support students with additional learning needs both inside and outside the classroom, deliver targeted interventions, and assist with emotional and behavioural support where required. You should hold either a relevant teaching assistant qualification (such as a CACHE Level 3) or a university degree (although this does not necessarily need to relate to childcare or education).
