You will be ensuring that young people receive personalised and sensitive care that meets their psychological, physical, and health needs.

You will also be part of an on-call rota: one weeknight in nine, plus one weekend (Friday night, Saturday, Sunday) in nine. What You'll Need to Succeed:

You must have a full UK driving licence and ideally your own vehicle but there is a house car you will have access to - NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce would be very beneficial but would consider someone who is working towards their Level 3 qualification

You will need experience working within children’s homes dealing with children

You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with Mental Health conditions, using your knowledge and skills to help people along their recover pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

You will be working for an established, stable and agile company with over 8,000 employees and a unique approach to the delivery of care.

You will be expected to manage your own diary and plan sessions with young people. The role is hybrid: 3 days of community based work and 2 days admin and write ups.
