You will be confident to work alone in the community, maintaining strong personal boundaries and managing and reporting safeguarding incidents.
You must be a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and hold a degree or equivalent in Social Work. Your experience should include UK-qualified work as a Social Worker, with specific experience in hospital discharge and supervision.
