You will support a wide range of hardware, software, and devices, acting as a central point of contact for all IT-related support. Your key responsibilities will include:
You will work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and occasional Bank Holidays (typically one weekend in five, on a rota).
You will cover a local region to you, servicing and technical fault finding and fixing of domestic boilers and ASHP's in peoples homes. This is a new position due to increased investment in providing increased customer service and warranty cover. Daily jobs and routes are efficiently planned, with any extra parts or tools delivered the early evening before.
You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.
