You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.
You will work 08:00 - 16:00 and 10:00 - 18:00 on a weekly rotation. Working in the Call Centre for two weeks and from home for two weeks - A customer service background is required; with strong telephone communication skills - Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to problem solve will be necessary in this role
