You will work closely with engineering teams to understand their pain points and translate them into practical solutions — for example, building reusable components like commands, skills, and CI agents; designing and orchestrating custom agent workflows; developing low/no-code agents for faster adoption; and creating and maintaining knowledge bases connected via connectors and MCP servers.
You will also be responsible for leading a cross-technical team of systems engineers, providing both day-to-day management and strategic technical leadership.
You will work on simulations and tools that enable combat systems engineers to perform their roles effectively, combining hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities.
You will hold certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or equivalent experience, and have strong hands-on knowledge of network security, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure. Experience within education is desirable but not essential.
