You will be required to undertake measurement and quantification and procure materials requirements.

You will be expected to be able to rationally diagnose a course of action to problem solve repairs without excessive use of either materials or time.

You will plan and implement work schedules, carrying out work yourself where you can or contacting contractors for any unexpected issues.

You will support our customers in the selection and application of our comprehensive range of temperature, pressure and flow products, as well as our calibration services.

You will provide training and support on site through the initial weeks of operation of these new facilities, to ensure the site team have confidence in operating the new systems/products we have implemented.

You will need to live within commuting distance of Sheffield, ideally.

You will also be responsible for: - Ensuring equipment is suitable for its intended purpose by checking calibration status and using quality control methods - Ensuring proper retention of records and test pieces for the prescribed duration - Operating at all times in a manner which complies with the requirements of ISO 17025
