You will become the subject matter expert within your field and take responsibility for on-going process development, supporting new product introduction (NPI) and change management of production processes.

You will be a key member of a number of team-based activities including Daily production, FRC, FMEA, CIP & 8D meetings.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to turn real‐world challenges into smart, scalable technical solutions that elevate the entire customer journey.
