You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process, from initial client engagement and risk assessment through to system design, costing, and proposal delivery, while nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction and security sectors.
You will take full ownership of multiple construction contracts, overseeing projects from initial enquiry and contract award through to delivery, handover, and final account.
