As a hands-on engineer, you will work closely within the Facilities & Control of Work Team, managing and performing essential maintenance and installation tasks to ensure our Facility operates at optimal efficiency.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit, provide guidance and supervision to Support Workers, and model best practice in delivering compassionate, trauma informed care.
