You should have a track record of structuring and negotiating innovative deals, including creative partnership models, co-investment structures, and alternative financing arrangements. Experience sourcing, evaluating, and securing access to large-scale data centre facilities, preferably 25MW and above through partnerships or development will be essential.
You will handle new connection projects and oversee the process from initial concept through to completion. The successful candidate for this role will ideally have previous or curent DNO Authorisation as the majority of projects will fall within this area.
You will also hold relevant safety qualifications such as SSSTS, IOSH or similar.
