You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design, deploy and support SIP and VoIP-based voice platforms. Configuring and planning work, fault finding at protocol level, and joining customer calls to explain technical designs, security considerations and voice architectures.
You will play a key role in shaping and transforming enterprise voice, unified communications and collaboration platforms used across international offices and trading environments.
You will lead major migration and modernisation initiatives, including cloud adoption for SBC platforms, replacement of legacy voice gateways, and continued evolution of Microsoft Teams voice and AV environments.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams - including mechanical, electrical, and production - to ensure control systems are robust, safe, and meet all regulatory and operational requirements.
