You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues escalated from 1st Line Support and act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters. Location & Travel Requirements This role is predominantly site-based, with regular field work to support the setup, maintenance, and closure of sites within a regional area of approximately 100 miles from Thame, Oxfordshire.
