You will be working in Calne the location is a shared supported living. Where 4 individuals who love shopping, going out for lunch, cinema, swimming going out to their social clubs, sports and going to the pub .
You will be working alongside other staff where there is a real sense of teamwork, supporting people in their daily lives at home or getting out in the community with people.
You will play a key role in their journey to adulthood, and support them with their education, as well as their social and emotional development. As an Autism Support Worker, you will be based in a classroom of 8 students with a primary diagnosis of autism.
You will:Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
You will be supporting individuals with varying needs from those with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to individuals who display behaviours that may challenge.
